Chattering Sheets, Column Boxes, and Rental Terms and Conditions

1.The centering sheet and column box taken for rent,not for sale

2.The centering sheet taken on rent, the time box should not have any defects or damages. If there is a mistake, the full responsibility must be taken, and the corresponding amount must be paid.

3.If the sheet falls, if welding is missed, if it is bent, or if any defect occurs, the cost will be charged to sheet 100

4.The sheet must be cleaned properly and oiled before handing it over. If not, a charge of Rs. 10/- will be applied for 1 sheet. (Black oil must not be used at all.) If black oil is used, a charge of Rs. 100/- will be applied for cleaning the sheet properly. Sheets from other companies will not be accepted. They must be delivered with good oil applied.

5.When returning boxes/sheets/spans, the cement mixtures inside and outside must be cleaned.

6.During concreting, the boy should not stretch on the sheet.

7.Inspect the rented items thoroughly for any defects before taking them; if there are defects in your items, inform about them before taking them away.

8.The house owner must provide a security deposit.

9. Items should not be used at any site other than the one where they were picked up.

10.The person taking the items must be present at the time of handover.

11. If a sheet is lost, a charge of ₹1500/- will be applied; if a jack is lost, ₹2500/-; if a span is lost, ₹3500/-.

12.Items can only be loaded or unloaded between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM; items brought after 6:00 PM will not be unloaded.

13.Failing to return rented items within the agreed days, transferring items to other locations without prior approval, selling items, unloading goods from other companies, or renting items to others will be considered a legal offense.

14.Items will only be allowed to be unloaded if the full rental amount is paid at the time of handover.

15.If items are needed again after the specified days, re-registration is mandatory.

16. In the event of any disputes between the billing center, contractor, engineer, and property owner, our company reserves the right to reclaim our items without anyone's permission.
